YOUR ROLE
- Proficiency in Windows Server Administration is mandatory (OS like: 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Hands-on experience with OS Patching is a must (especially for Windows Server).
- Knowledge of Hyper-V Administration is advantageous.
- Proficiency in VMware administration, including virtual machine management.
- Flexible work model, shift Mon-Fri 22.00h-06h:00 (PT Time).
- Solid understanding of Security and Antivirus systems is necessary.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience +3 years in IT industry.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge ITIL process and ticketing system.
- Basic knowledge of Patch Management and Antivirus solutions.
- Hyper-V and Veritas Cluster concepts.
- ITIL V4 certification or equivalent knowledge is required.
- Good level of English.
