Helpdesk (Alfragide)

Noesis is looking for the following profile:

• 1st line technical support to on-site and remote users.
• Full onboarding/offboarding management: account creation, hardware provisioning, configuration of access and permissions.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and mobile devices (Windows, iOS/Android).
• Administration of accounts and groups in Active Directory.
• Application management via SCCM, including deployments, compliance, and troubleshooting.
• Configuration and management of devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Support for Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Support for videoconferencing systems and remote meeting tools.
• Management of network shares and permissions at the file and folder level.
• Creation and maintenance of internal technical documentation.

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in Helpdesk / Technical Support roles.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Active Directory administration (accounts, groups, basic policies).
• Experience with SCCM for software installation and management.
• Experience with Intune for device management.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve incidents autonomously
