We are looking for an experienced, motivated Program Manager with strategic vision. Someone capable of coordinating multiple projects, aligning teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring that everything advances in an integrated and coherent manner. A dynamic person, with strong communication skills, expectation management, and a commitment to delivering excellent results.

Position: Project Manager

Location: Lisbon, hybrid regime (3x week in the office)

• Project Management: Define objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, resources, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations.
• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Analyze services, processes, and results, identifying opportunities for improvement at the program level. Evaluate tests, deliveries, and dependencies between projects, flagging risks and proposing solutions.
• Planning and Execution: Monitor progress, manage priorities, and implement strategic adjustments when necessary.
• Risk and Conflict Management: Identify risks and problems in projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate potential challenges to the parties involved and those interested in resolving the matter.
• Expectation Management and Communication: Develop and maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients. Be able to manage and align expectations, resolve problems, and provide solutions when necessary.
