Your Role
- Manage end-to-end telecom projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage relationships with mobile network operators,contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Oversee procurement activities and contractor performance.
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and budget variances.
Your Profile
- +5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferrably with experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects
- Academic background in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or similar
- Knowledge of mobile, roaming services, as well as experience managing telco sites
- Operational management, client relationship building, and strategic problem-solving
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, CAPM or related certifications are valued);
- Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering results and fostering collaboration.
