What you'll do

We are looking for Coffee Specialists to join our Boutique. As a Coffee Specialist, your main mission will be:

-Act as a Nespresso brand ambassador in the boutique;
-Welcome, advise, and guide our Customers regarding our campaigns and products, in accordance with Nespresso quality standards;
-Achieve sales objectives, based on customer attention and follow-up;
-Introduce Customers to the art of coffee tasting and stimulate their curiosity regarding our full range of products;
-Perform an initial analysis of machine faults reported by Customers and guide them as effectively as possible to Technical Assistance;
-Maximize the sale of all Nespresso products available in the Boutiques (coffee, machines, and accessories);
-Contribute to maintaining the Boutique's appearance in accordance with company policy (well-organized, with the correct equipment, proper presentation).
