The role
TDGI - Tecnologia de Gestão de Imóveis is a company of the Teixeira Duarte Group, a group widely known in the Civil Construction and Public Works sector, which operates in the area of Facility Management, Global Building Management, Developments, Technical and Industrial Installations, and is seeking an Engineer to join its Industrial area team on the Sintra Line.
What you'll do
- Monitor the provision of support services for the client's facilities, as well as control compliance with all contracted services;
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance actions;
- Monitor the implementation of field maintenance work by maintenance teams and other subcontracted services;
- Preparation and submission of reports;
- Monitor the budget and cost control;
- Identify and implement continuous improvement actions;
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety best practices.
Required profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Management, or currently attending the final year of an integrated master's degree;
- A passion for the Maintenance / Facility Management area;
- Basic knowledge of Project Management;
- Dynamism, organizational skills, and teamwork;
- High sense of responsibility, motivation, and autonomy;
- Communication skills;
- Motivation for career development in highly dynamic work teams with a high technical level.
