Civil Engineer (M/F/D) - Margem Sul do Tejo

Mota-Engil ATIV provides management and maintenance services for its Clients' physical assets throughout the different stages of their life cycle, integrating solutions for the optimization of their operational performance and cost optimization, as well as their energy, water, and carbon efficiency.

The professional to be recruited must be able to plan, direct and monitor the operational activity in the Facility Management contract under their responsibility, namely: engineering services, the management and maintenance of facilities and their equipment, as well as the management of a multidisciplinary technical team. They must, likewise, carry out close and continuous monitoring with the Client, in accordance with senior guidance and established internal procedures, ensuring compliance with the agreed service levels and promoting satisfaction and consequent Client loyalty.

• Higher education in Civil Engineering (preferred);
• Registration with the Ordem dos Engenheiros or the Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos (preferred);
• Professional experience with a minimum of 2 (two) years in Facility Management contract management;
• Candidates with knowledge of maintenance software are valued;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Initiative and proactivity;
• Leadership capacity;
• Networking and focus on the Client.

Location: Margem Sul do Tejo (offices in Alverca do Ribatejo).
