Mission: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, conservation, and maintenance of the hotel's facilities and equipment, contributing directly to the quality of the guest experience and to the brand's high standards of excellence.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions in different areas of the hotel. Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and efficiently.

• Ensure the conservation of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, guaranteeing high standards of quality and safety.

• Perform repairs in areas such as electricity, plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, and air conditioning.

• Monitor and record technical interventions through the maintenance management system.

• Monitor the condition of equipment and anticipate maintenance or replacement needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the effective execution of work.

• Strictly comply with current safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

• Ensure that all interventions are carried out with discretion and a focus on excellence in the customer experience.
