What we're looking for

  • Higher education degree (preferably in Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or similar).

  • Previous experience in managing residences, hotels, or educational contexts.

  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Result orientation and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Dynamism and organization to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.

  • Customer service orientation and sensitivity to working with a diverse student population.

Nice to have

📍 Role: Residence Director 🏨 Location: MiCampus Living Residences - Porto Asprela and Porto Tower

What you'll do

  • Lead and supervise the internal and external team: reception, cleaning, maintenance, and security.

  • Ensure the smooth running of all residence operations: from room allocation to emergency management.

  • Achieve commercial objectives, managing inquiries and conducting commercial visits.

  • Develop programs and activities that promote student participation and community well-being.

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding effectively to the doubts and needs of residents.

  • Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.

  • Manage the residence budget, optimizing expenses and monitoring invoicing and payments.

  • Collaborate with other areas of the institution to provide an integrated student experience.

  • Resolve conflicts and problems effectively, promoting a harmonious environment.
