Training: you have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, in any field of study;
Experience: you should have up to 4 years of professional experience, with experience in the retail area (food or specialty) being valued;
Team management: you should have previously held a team management role;
Geographical mobility: you must have a driver's license (Category B) and geographical mobility;
Schedule flexibility: you will need to have schedule flexibility and availability;
Interpersonal communication: it will be important to have good communication and interconnection skills, due to the high number of people you will manage and interact with;
Organization: dynamism, results orientation, and good organizational skills are essential for the performance of the role;

The role

What you'll do

As a District Manager at #teamlidl, your office will have wheels and various postal codes. You will be the GPS of our efficiency, ensuring that your Stores exceed the defined objectives.

Sales: you will be responsible for a Sales Area and for the Stores belonging to it;
Team management: you will assume the leadership, guidance, and management of Store management and teams, boosting their development;
Indicator management: you must ensure the fulfillment of objectives through the monitoring and control of Store processes and the management of key performance indicators;
Collaborative work: you will act as the link between the Stores and the Office departments, ensuring the implementation of projects and guidelines.
