ONE, a prestigious Portuguese watch and jewellery brand, is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and results-oriented Store Manager to join our team in Lisbon.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team, promoting excellence in service and sales;

• Plan and manage team schedules, shifts, and days off;

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, ensuring the fulfillment of defined objectives;

• Drive and monitor the team's sales results;

• Ensure service quality and the customer experience;

• Manage stock, ensuring product availability and inventory organization;

• Actively contribute to the smooth operation and performance of the store.
