What we're looking for

You have a higher academic degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Security, or similar;
You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity roles, specifically in audits, implementation of security controls, or vulnerability management;
You have practical experience using vulnerability analysis tools (e.g., Tenable/Nessus) and/or SIEM (e.g., Splunk);
You demonstrate knowledge of network architecture, communication protocols, and firewalls;
You have practical knowledge of the ISO/IEC 27001 and/or PCI-DSS standards and notions of pentesting methodologies, ethical hacking, or digital forensics (preferred);
You possess certifications in the security area, such as: ISO 27001 (Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor), CompTIA Security+ / CySA+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or similar (preferred);
You are fluent in English (mandatory);
You demonstrate proactivity and a high sense of autonomy and rigor;
You demonstrate critical thinking, ease in data analysis, and a focus on practical problem-solving;
You have high communication and cooperation capacity with different stakeholders;
You demonstrate capacity for planning, organization, and deadline management;
You demonstrate capacity for adaptation and a liking for teamwork.

The role

What you'll do

As a Consultant in #teamlidl, you are the guardian of the quality seal: you ensure that the business flows without 'breaks' and that productivity is the freshest item in our assortment!

You will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous evolution of the Information Security Management System (ISMS / SGSI), according to the ISO 27001 standard;
You will perform and monitor internal technical audits, external audits, and audits of partners/suppliers (including PCI-DSS compliance);
You will ensure the implementation and review of internal information security processes, in accordance with internal guidelines and tools;
You will be responsible for assessing and measuring the maturity levels of existing security controls;
You will provide internal Information Security consultancy, as well as support the implementation of recommended measures;
You will coordinate and monitor technical audits and penetration tests (pentesting);
You will manage the IT vulnerability lifecycle (identification, prioritization, mitigation plan, and reporting);
You will participate in Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting activities;
You will implement and validate technical security controls in network and system environments;
You will support the management and analysis of security events, as well as the investigation, response, and communication of incidents;
You will be responsible for preparing technical documentation, security policies, and procedures.
