The role

Randstad, in partnership with a leading client in the retail sector, is recruiting a Section Head to reinforce the store management team.

What you'll do

  • key responsibilities

    • As Section Head, you will support the Store Manager in the daily management of the team and operations, ensuring the smooth running of the section under your responsibility, as well as supporting the other areas of the store:

    • Support the management team in leading, motivating, and developing employees;

    • Ensure the efficient management of the assigned section, optimizing processes and controlling costs;

    • Monitor performance indicators and implement operational improvements;

    • Guarantee the store presentation and product availability, ensuring excellent customer service;

    • Plan and monitor product reception, ensuring efficient store replenishment.

    • Completed 12th grade of schooling (preferred);

    • Experience in team management in the food retail sector (preferred);

    • Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays;

    • Interest and motivation to work in the retail sector;

    • Dynamic, versatile, and goal-oriented profile;

    • Good communication skills and customer orientation.
