What we're looking for

You hold a higher academic degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Management, or a similar area (preferred);
You demonstrate basic knowledge of Networks (connectivity concepts, IP, basic troubleshooting);
You hold basic knowledge of Operating Systems (preferably Windows and Linux environments);
You demonstrate knowledge of Databases (SQL) and notions of programming or scripting / automation (e.g.: PowerShell, Python, Google App Scripts/ App Sheet or similar);
You have experience or interest in the Google Workspace ecosystem and in the development of solutions for productivity improvement;
You demonstrate interest in operational business processes (previous experience or contact with store systems is preferred);
You are fluent in English (mandatory);
You demonstrate critical thinking, ease in data analysis, and a focus on practical problem-solving;
You demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks;
You have high communication and cooperation capacity with different stakeholders;
You demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a taste for teamwork.

The role

What you'll do

As a Junior Consultant / Consultant at #teamlidl, you are the guardian of the quality seal: you ensure that the business flows without 'breaks' and that productivity is the freshest item in our assortment!

You will provide operational support and technical support to users and store systems;
You will monitor and execute the technical phases of IT projects, from requirements gathering and testing to installation and rollouts;
You will analyze business processes and evaluate system behavior, proposing improvements and anticipating technical needs;
You will prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for installation, support, and daily operation processes;
You will monitor performance indicators and technical incidents, generating follow-up reports for decision-making;
You will support the adoption of new collaborative solutions and optimize business processes using Google Workspace, including the creation of automations and integrations through App Scripts/ App Sheet;
You will collaborate directly with multidisciplinary teams, business stakeholders, and international IT teams.
