Logistics Team Manager

• Together with my managers, I build a balanced team adapted to the needs of the World and the challenges of the Company, leveraging the achievement of results and employee and customer satisfaction;

• I ensure the necessary interdependent dynamics with the Regional Platform of my area of influence, guaranteeing fluidity in existing logistics flows and processes;

• I promote the necessary interdependencies and communication channels between the various métiers of the Store, in alignment with the strategy and vision of Leroy Merlin;

• I co-construct the annual objectives of the store and define the short/medium-term commercial strategy and plan of the World, ensuring the sustainable development of my business and conveying to the teams the why, the direction, and the necessary guidelines;

• I continuously follow and monitor the economic impacts of logistics;

• I perform data-driven management, making decisions based on data and KPIs from different sources and supporting Area Coordinators in the analysis of collections and ranges, anticipating potential impacts;

• I develop a culture of continuous improvement in store logistics, involving the store teams.

• Educational qualifications at the Bachelor's degree level (Management or similar);

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail;

• Passion for the Customer and for Retail;

• Excellent communication skills and a sense of responsibility;

• Ease of relationship building and ability to work in a team;

• English language skills.
