Area Coordinator in Porto

• I co-construct the short/medium-term objectives and strategy of the Area and the World, ensuring the sustainable development of my business and conveying the necessary guidance to the teams;

• I continuously monitor the development of my Area's business, analyzing data and KPIs from the data tools produced by specialists, which allow me to proactively take the necessary actions and initiatives to achieve the tactical and operational plan;

• I promote and participate in active listening within my team and monitor customer satisfaction indicators through different measurement tools;

• I promote dynamics with the members of my team in order to increase knowledge sharing, co-construction, and mutual aid, and I seek to form teams composed of different profiles and different skills, so as to harness the power of diversity;

• I manage the section's offering well and coordinate the effective implementation of collections, ensuring time to market, in partnership with the Store Logistics teams;

• I coordinate and organize the team on a day-to-day basis in the section in order to offer the best service to the resident and ensure the availability of the teams for sales;

• I am familiar with the positive product offering and know the best way to maximize the introduction/presence of positive products in the section's offering;

• I define the quantitative objectives of my Area, in coherence with the objectives of the World, performing the necessary forecasting, anticipation, and prioritization.

• Educational qualifications at the 12th-grade level;

• 3 years of experience as a salesperson;

• Proactivity and a sense of responsibility;

• Spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship;

• Ability for autonomy and decision-making;

• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Good communication, negotiation, and influence skills;

• Knowledge of English;
