What we're looking for

You must have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, in any field of study
You must have at least 3 years of professional experience, and we value experience in the retail sector (food or specialized)
You must have previously held a leadership role and possess experience in team management
Due to the mobility required by the role, you must possess a driver's license and geographic mobility
Taking into account that our stores work 7 days a week, we ask that you have flexibility and availability regarding working hours
Good communication and interconnection skills are crucial, due to the high number of people you will manage and contact
Dynamism, orientation towards excellent results, and good organizational skills are essential to ensure the follow-up of all stores in your sales area
We value English language skills, a differentiating and important factor in the multinational context of Lidl

The role

What you'll do

You will be responsible for a sales area and the stores belonging to it.
You will assume the leadership, guidance, and management of management and store teams, enhancing their development.
You must ensure the achievement of objectives through the monitoring and control of store processes and the management of key indicators.
You will also act as the link between the stores and the Office departments, ensuring the implementation of projects and guidelines.
