Industrial Operator in Portugal

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting an Industrial Operator for a leading company in the paper production and processing sector, located in Vila Velha de Ródão.

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery, ensuring its proper functioning and the quality of the final product;

• Perform adjustments and minor preventive maintenance on equipment, according to established procedures;

• Control process parameters, recording data and alerting for any anomalies;

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in all operations;

• Working hours in rotating shifts (08h-16h/ 16h-00h/ 00h-08h).

• Educational qualifications at the 12th-grade level or equivalent;

• Proven previous experience in an industrial environment or similar roles (preferred);

• Availability to work in rotating shifts;

• Basic computer skills from a user perspective;
