  • Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene in industrial work.
  • Residence in the Paredes area or neighboring municipalities (preferred).

  • Proven experience in an industrial environment or production operator roles (preferred).

The role

Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Production Operator for a leading company in the industrial sector located in Recarei, Paredes.

What you'll do

  • Operate production machines and equipment according to established procedures, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and control production parameters, making adjustments when necessary to optimize the process, as well as feeding the machine.
  • Perform visual and dimensional quality control of manufactured products, identifying and reporting non-conformities.
  • Product packaging.
  • Organize and maintain the workplace clean and tidy, following safety and hygiene standards.

How you'll work

  • Rotating Shifts: Monday to Friday from 07:00-15:00 or from 15:00-23:00 (rotating weekly)
  • Fixed Night Shift: Monday to Friday from 23:00-07:00

Requirements

  • Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail.

Offer

  • Base Salary: 930€
  • Meal Allowance: 7€ per actual working day
  • Shift Allowance: 15% weekly rotating shift (approximately 139.5€)
  • Night Allowance: 25% (approximately 232.5€)
  • Monthly Attendance Bonus: 5% (46.5€)
