• Previous experience, even if minimal, as a Production Operator, preferably in the automotive sector or an industrial environment.

• Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal communication, essential for collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.

• Availability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night), including weekends, according to production needs.

• Sense of responsibility, rigor, and attention to detail in the execution of tasks, ensuring product quality.

• Physical robustness to handle loads and remain standing during the working period, according to the requirements of the role.

• Monthly base salary: 920€.

• Meal allowance: 7€.

• Night shift allowance +25%.

• Daytime rotating shift allowance +15%.

• Ensure the correct functioning of production machines, performing adjustments and small preventive maintenance when necessary, to optimize the production process.

• Perform visual and dimensional quality control of manufactured products, ensuring they meet established excellence standards and identifying non-conformities.

• Carry out the assembly of components and sub-assemblies, using manual and pneumatic tools, with attention to detail and precision.

• Collaborate actively in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the workstation, contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.

• Pack finished products according to specifications, preparing them for shipment and ensuring their integrity during transport.
