Production Operator

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Production Operator for a leading company in the surface treatment and metal components sector, located in Valença.

• Employment contract in a solid and growing company, with prospects for continuity and professional development.
• Base Salary: 920€;
• Meal allowance: 7€;
• Integration into a dynamic team and an organized and professional work environment;
• Work cycle from Monday to Friday in a fixed schedule 08:30h-16:30h.

• Packaging of weights, bars, and other gym articles/equipment;
• Visual verification of the quality and conformity of parts;
• Identification and detection of any defects or non-conformities;
• Marking of parts with spray paint, according to defined procedures;
• Preparation and organization of products for shipment;
• Assembly, organization, and conditioning of pallets;
• Compliance with safety, quality, and workstation organization procedures;
• Maintenance of the cleanliness and organization of the workspace;
• Support for other tasks inherent to the production process, whenever necessary.

• Proven professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in Production Operator roles or in similar sectors (not mandatory);
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy in performing daily activities, with a focus on quality and production objectives;
• Ability to work in a team, communicating clearly and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals;
• Good capacity for learning and adapting to new production processes and technologies.
