Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in the operation of industrial furnaces and/or in Production Operator roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • Valid forklift certificate and practical experience in driving forklifts (mandatory).
  • Immediate availability to start duties.

The role

  • Base salary of 920€ and a meal allowance of 7€/each day worked.

What you'll do

  • Operate industrial furnaces for the heat treatment of components, ensuring compliance with defined temperature and time parameters.
  • Perform the loading and unloading of materials into the furnaces, using forklifts and other handling equipment.
  • Carry out the transport and storage of parts and finished products in the storage areas, ensuring organization and space optimization.
  • Monitor equipment operation, identifying and communicating anomalies or maintenance needs.
  • Ensure the quality of processed products, performing visual inspections and reporting non-conformities.
  • Collaborate on the preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, assisting the technical team whenever necessary.
  • Strictly comply with occupational health and safety standards, using the appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Fill out production and quality control records, keeping documentation updated and organized.
