- Base salary: 920 euros

- Meal Allowance: 7.23 euros / working day

- Possibility of integration into the client's company.

- Working Hours: Mon. to Fri - 08:00 to 17:00

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Operational Control Assistant for a leading client in the Logistics sector, in Valongo.

-Provide assistance to drivers;

-Support the coordination of operations in the areas of logistics, railway, import/export, and depot;

-Control and record operational documentation associated with operations. Manage the panel / container yard (various needs, from simple parking of empties to the various movements associated with the container yard - to and from repair / washing);

-Indicate the unloading location and record the container's position in the yard on the panel/system;

-Timely place containers for repair in the repair and washing area;

-Place containers marked for departure in a convenient position;

-Manage the movement needs of machinery made available to the yard; Select containers for booking;

-Identify non-compliant containers on the panel/system;

-Contact Clients if there is no prior booking;

-Ensure the integrity and safety of the equipment used and the surrounding area; Comply with applicable Quality, Environment, and Safety procedures and instructions.
