Requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations teams;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation of information presented in reports and monitoring dashboards;
Minimum of 2 years of experience with monitoring tools, namely CA APM, SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus or equivalents;
Minimum of 12 months of experience on the Dynatrace platform;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT service management solutions (ITSM);
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Unix and Linux operating systems;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Shell Script in Linux environments;
Minimum of 2 years of experience using the vi editor;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft environments;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in task and process scheduling tools, namely Control-M;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP systems;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle databases and SQL language;
Nice to have
Experience in 24x7 continuous operation and monitoring environments;
Knowledge of best practices for incident, request, and change management;
Experience in monitoring critical application platforms;
Ability to analyze performance indicators and identify availability issues;
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams;
Organization, analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Languages
Intermediate English, oral and written.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
950 € - 1,100 €.
Note: The values presented correspond to the gross monthly remuneration. Any additional components and benefits will be clarified during the recruitment process.

We are currently looking for a Standard IT Operator to join a technological project, focusing on the operation and monitoring of IT systems, monitoring of application platforms, incident management, and ensuring service continuity.
What you'll do
Ability to monitor alerts, identify anomalies, and resolve or escalate operational incidents;
How you'll work
Hybrid - Lisbon.
