Operations Agent (Part Time)

Mandatory:

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, warehouse, or operational environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene, quality, and presentation standards.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks (cleaning, lifting, and moving equipment).
• Reliability, punctuality, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable interacting with customers when necessary, with good communication skills.
• Driver's License, Category B.
• Proficiency in English.

The Support & Operations Agent is a hands-on operational role, focused primarily on fleet cleaning, vehicle preparation, and depot organization, with additional support in customer service operations when necessary.

Most of your day will be spent behind the scenes: cleaning and preparing motorhomes, inspecting returned vehicles, and keeping the depot running smoothly. Depending on operational needs, you may also perform check-ins and check-outs and support customers directly. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a dynamic depot environment.

• Fleet Cleaning: cleaning and maintaining the interiors and exteriors of vehicles according to Indie Campers' hygiene, quality, and presentation standards, ensuring consistent high-quality results.
• Vehicle Preparation: preparing motorhomes with the necessary kits, bedding, essentials, and optional extras, ensuring each vehicle is ready for the next booking.
• Post-Return Inspection and Reporting: inspecting returned vehicles for cleanliness, missing items, damage, or operational issues, and reporting them for follow-up.
• Stock, Consumables, and Depot Organization: managing cleaning products, kits, and consumables, reporting shortages or damages, and helping to keep the depot organized and ready for daily operations.
• Customer Support (when necessary): performing check-ins and check-outs, providing vehicle briefings, and supporting customers during their trip with professionalism and empathy.
• Basic Technical and Product Support: explaining basic vehicle systems such as lighting, gas, and water, resolving simple issues, and escalating when necessary.

This role requires physical activity and flexibility in a depot environment. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stretch, and perform repetitive movements for most of the shift, working inside vehicles (tight spaces, elevated surfaces) and outdoors, in different weather conditions.

You must be comfortable lifting and carrying items up to 15 kg, including kits, cleaning equipment, vacuums, hoses, and materials, and using cleaning products and chemicals safely, following the company's safety guidelines and training.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak season hours, and to adapt to last-minute operational needs, such as urgent turnarounds or high-volume customer periods. When supporting check-ins, you must also be comfortable interacting with customers in different emotional states, maintaining calmness, empathy, and professionalism.
