We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic people, who stand out for their manual talent and practical work, to join our team. As an RFA (Motorhome Maintenance Technician), you will be part of our technical assistance team in Lisbon; your main responsibility will be to ensure that our motorhomes are always well-maintained and in the best possible condition.

Depending on the depot, you will also participate in rental operations. This role is fundamental to keeping our fleet road-ready, allowing our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys. • Perform systematic inspections of vehicles and diagnose problems in interior systems, equipment, and exterior systems.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on motorhomes and caravans, including: replacement of minor exterior parts (bulbs, windows, side mirrors); replacement of spare parts and repairs on motorhomes; diagnosis and repair of faults in motorhome equipment.
• Diagnose the cause of a fault before replacing parts and decide—and communicate clearly—when a vehicle is effectively ready to be rented.
• Take responsibility for your repair list from start to finish, adjusting it as urgent jobs arise, without losing sight of what was planned.
• Always keep all vehicle records, repair notes, and parts consumption up to date in the fleet management system.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the workspace clean and organized
• Keep the spare parts inventory organized—performing inventories, as well as recording the receipt and consumption of spare parts.
• Receive and collect shipments and supplies, organize them in the storage areas, and record the consumption of items and new orders.
• Maintain and develop relationships with external partners and coordinate the execution of vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams.

Depending on the location, you will also actively participate in the daily operations of the depot:

• Preparation of vehicles and equipment for customers
• Assist in handling received bookings, welcoming guests, and managing check-ins and check-outs
• Maintain the equipment, accessories, and consumables stored in the depot
