The role

Your Mission: Coordinate receiving, storage, and picking activities for order preparation, warehouse management, and route management and load planning, as well as the management of the distribution and warehouse team, ensuring customer service and cost minimization, as well as contributing to the development of an integrated Supply Chain process in accordance with Quality, Safety, and Environment objectives and regulations.

What you'll do

Control the allocation of resources inherent to the activities under your responsibility (Picking and Loading/Unloading) and the physical space of the warehouse;
Ensure product storage in the warehouse under the safety and hygiene conditions defined by the Company and the Group;
Control compliance with the delivery planning defined by the Sales area;
Comply with the schedules defined for the loading and unloading of trucks;
Ensure daily stock counts, as well as monthly and quarterly ones;
Prepare and control the seasonal labor budget (internal or temporary work), based on the sales plan;
Coordinate the Distribution Team in its daily activity, defining the allocation of resources to the necessary routes;
Ensure route management and load planning through the use of the system adopted by the Company;
Monitor daily traffic management in the area under your responsibility;
Ensure the service level by guaranteeing deliveries to customers within the defined timing;
Implementation, monitoring, and regular presentation to the team of KPIs related to logistics efficiency and effectiveness;
Analyze the processes and circuits of your area of operation in order to identify improvement opportunities linked to the logistics operation.
