Requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience in functional and systems analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Information Systems Management, or a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in functional and systems analysis.
ITIL Foundation, CBAP, or equivalent certification — mandatory.
Experience in requirements gathering and BPMN/UML process modeling.
Knowledge of systems integration and APIs.
Familiarity with CRM/ERP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365/Power Platform.
Knowledge of functional analysis and documentation methodologies.
