Ensure the effective and efficient planning, coordination, and control of the production operation at Grupo Casais, guaranteeing the satisfaction of internal / external customers through compliance with deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards, and at the lowest possible cost, through the adequate allocation of financial, human, technical, and material resources and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.

1) Implement strategies and measures defined for the different areas/regions under your responsibility;
2) Promote cooperation between Group companies, ensuring their early involvement and intervening whenever necessary;
3) Monitor the various implementation phases of the projects, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, managing eventual complaints and additions, and safeguarding the Company's interests;
4) Promote the optimization of work processes, together with the teams, as well as the transmission of best practices and homogenization of processes;
5) Proceed with permanent coordination with critical Clients, suggesting and negotiating eventual changes to the project and/or to the work plan and the defined execution processes;
6) Promote the start of the works assigned to you, defining the team and work plan, in accordance with the established parameters;
7) Guarantee the implementation of environment, quality, and safety plans in accordance with the legal and internal standards in force.
