Ensure the definition and execution of the production techniques used for the design, development, and preparation of the production execution elements of the Casais Group, following the quality standards and norms defined by the Group, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.

1) Prepare and draw project and construction support plans, using computer-aided design software, according to the project and the topographic survey carried out;
2) ) Verify any incompatibilities between architecture, structure, and specialties in the interconnection between project elements and distribute the drawings to the respective site management team, ensuring their understanding, providing technical support, and clarifying any doubts
3) Monitor the evolution of the construction site, verifying compliance with technical specifications and making necessary revisions, making available the drawing elements requested by the different areas through the performance of checks, updates, and corrections to the project dossier, performing documentary control of the described parts, incorporating changes, and organizing the drawings by the different stages of the project;
4) Digitize and classify project documents in a digital process management system (Procore, others) and train the site team in its use;
5) Preparation of support documentation for the Site Management in the construction of tender dossiers for subcontracting;
6) Construction, whenever appropriate, of BIM models of parts of the project (or all) as well as rendering and virtual simulations, so as to ensure the detection of incompatibilities and better communication on site;
7) Participate in the elaboration of the strategic execution plan and the strategic operational plan;
8) Monitoring and inspection of Quality and Safety processes, ensuring the principles and procedures of the Quality, Environment, and Safety System
