Ensure the definition and implementation of the Casais Group's commercial strategy, specifically regarding market prospecting, identification of opportunities, preparation of proposals, negotiation and customer management in after-sales, as well as the management of processes and contractual documentation, in order to maximize business volume and respective profitability and the level of customer satisfaction, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.

• Prospect and develop new commercial opportunities for the Group, identifying opportunities with potential for realization within the market segments, supporting the achievement of the company's contracting and invoicing goals
• Ensure correct budgeting during proposal preparation, identifying viability, technical and economic capacity, competitive advantages, and the Group's interest in participating in the process at any of its stages
• Perform technical prospecting visits to future project sites, aiming to collect information for the preparation of studies and proposals
• Contribute to the risk analysis of the Group's projects, maximizing the degree of reliability of the company's studies
• Monitor and develop the customer portfolio, identifying opportunities within the market segments defined by the Group's Management
• Customer management and current account analysis
