Bachelor's degree or higher;

As a Performance & Engagement Technician, you will be part of our People team, contributing to the evolution of the employee experience and the sustainable development of the organization, through the management of performance, engagement, wellbeing, and skills development processes.
Coordination of performance management cycles, supporting leaders and employees in their respective processes and tools;
Management of listening processes and analysis of employee experience and engagement;
Implementation and monitoring of wellbeing and organizational health initiatives;
Management and evolution of the organization's competency model;
Analysis of People data, preparation of reports, and identification of improvement opportunities.
