Strengthen the Financial Systems team, integrated into the IT Delivery & Operations department, which has the mission of ensuring the operability and evolution of the platforms and applications under its responsibility, aligned with the business strategy and priorities. You will be at the forefront of the architecture of SAP solutions and the data, planning, and performance layers - with a particular focus on SAP BW/4HANA (data warehouse and data modeling), on the SAP BPC planning and consolidation solution that sits on top of BW, and on SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management) - ensuring its integration with the remaining platforms of the ecosystem (interfaces, APIs, middleware, and data flows) and guaranteeing robust, scalable solutions prepared for technological evolution. At a time when we are evaluating migration to the cloud, your know-how in sizing and architecture will be decisive in designing the right path.

• Lead the definition of your structure's action strategy, ensuring its implementation in the areas under your responsibility and ensuring the fulfillment of operational objectives through the activity plan of your areas of intervention;
• Define and ensure the technical architecture of SAP S/4HANA solutions, guaranteeing the coherence, scalability, and sustainability of the application ecosystem;
• Ensure the architecture of the data, planning, and performance layers in SAP BW/4HANA (including the SAP BPC solution that sits on it) and SAP PaPM, guaranteeing consistent data models and reliable support for reporting, planning, consolidation, and profitability analysis processes;
• Design and supervise the integration of SAP with other platforms (interfaces, APIs, middleware, event-driven, and batch), ensuring the reliability and performance of end-to-end data flows;
• Support the evaluation of the SAP landscape migration to the cloud, contributing to workload sizing, target architecture design, and the definition of the migration approach (e.g., RISE with SAP / S/4HANA in the cloud);
• Contribute to the definition of your area's annual budget, ensuring its tracking and monitoring;
• Report progress and anticipate deviations from the activity plan, identifying problems or situations with an impact on objectives and proposing alternative resolution solutions;
• Listen, manage expectations, influence, and mobilize different stakeholders (internal and external - namely architecture, infrastructure, and data teams, as well as business areas), promoting a relationship of trust and synergies that expedite problem resolution;
• Ensure the correct sizing and structuring of teams, as well as an allocation of resources (human and material) adjusted to needs, in order to guarantee the expected results;
• Manage and motivate the work teams under your responsibility, ensuring their commitment and involvement with delivery and with the quality of service/results;
• Foster a culture of communication through continuous feedback and feedforward, supporting the professional development of people through the sharing of knowledge and best practices, and encouraging creativity and accountability through the delegation of activities.
