What you'll do

Prepare orders placed by customers through online channels, dispatched from the store, verifying their content and providing support regarding associated issues, in order to guarantee order accuracy and compliance with established delivery deadlines.

Main duties and requirements.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding the status and delivery of their orders, providing clear and timely information, and forward situations that exceed your scope of action to the competent areas, in order to guarantee effective follow-up and minimize complaints.

Register movements and incidents in the internal systems and maintain the organization of the preparation area, in order to ensure order traceability and process efficiency.

Deliver or make orders available for collection, providing close and professional service, clarifying doubts and managing basic incidents, in order to guarantee a positive shopping experience for the customer.

Collect, pack, and label the products of the order according to Company standards, guaranteeing their integrity during transport or storage until the moment of collection by the customer.

Receive and verify online orders, confirming that all information and included items are complete and correct, in order to prevent service errors and returns.

Organize the order preparation sequence based on the agreed delivery schedule, in order to guarantee compliance with the deadline committed to the customer.

Communicate stockouts and proceed with substitutions according to defined criteria, in order to complete the order, minimizing the impact on the customer experience.
