As a travel consultant, big trips, cruises, and tailor-made trips to exotic and non-traditional destinations will be a large part of your day-to-day; designing trips that exceed each client's expectations, being able to recommend a good restaurant, monument, or market in every destination will not be within everyone's reach; you will advise a very special segment of clients from the first moment until their return.

Main functions and requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Service and consultancy: Understanding the profile and needs of each client in order to suggest and advise on the best destinations, times of year, monuments, events, or attractions. Every trip is special and unique!
• Research and planning: Designing travel itineraries, comparing prices and availability of flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, and transfers, and all types of travel tailored to the Customer's interests, including information on the need for passports, visas, vaccines, currency exchange, and travel insurance.
• Reservations and issuance: Performing and confirming products and services in our own reservation systems and those of partners, issuing tickets and vouchers, and managing the economics of operations.
• Providing assistance throughout the entire trip: ensuring excellent service to Clients from the first moment until their return, even in the face of unforeseen events such as cancellations, strikes, hotel problems, or emergencies.
