What you'll do
- Greet the customer with friendliness and professionalism;
- Direct and escort the customer to their table;
- Telephone service and reservation management;
- Collaborate with the floor and bar team, ensuring service fluidity;
- Promote the relationship with the customer, management of expectations and their needs;
- Handle unforeseen situations with calmness, cordiality, and a customer focus;
- Comply with HACCP requirements.
