The role

An EMC MV/LV South of the E-Redes Networks Platform, whose mission is to Manage the execution of service orders and investment works relating to the installation and maintenance of smart grid assets and supervise the work carried out by PSEs, aiming to guarantee the quality of services provided, intends to reinforce the team in the SM Tejo-Santarém area:

What you'll do

Resolution of anomalies in metering equipment at customer and public transformer substations;
Resolution of anomalies in metering equipment at LV, public lighting, and medium-voltage customer installations;
Resolution of anomalies in the LV network via PLC through analysis and installation of filters;
Connection/disconnection of customers with or without the relocation of metering equipment in LV, public lighting, medium-voltage, and commercial low-voltage installations;
Technical monitoring and carrying out technical/behavioral inspections of the teams providing us with services in the smart meter operations area;
Opening and closing of work orders in the company's corporate tools for execution by internal and external teams in Commercial Mobility, Asset Management Mobility, JUMP, and others.
Handling of pending issues generated by the non-execution of work orders, namely address updates, obtaining contacts in the field, updating installation coordinates, and identification/location of the disconnection and connection point;
