Supervise the Housekeeping team in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, ensuring high performance for a maximum quality service.
• Direct, organize and coordinate, in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, the work regarding the cleaning of the Unit;
• Coordinate, in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, all staff activity;
• Examine the proper functioning of facilities and equipment, ensuring their conservation and/or their replacement, when necessary;
• Control lost and found;
• Inform your hierarchical superior of any problem that arises in your service or team;
• Supervise rooms daily, verifying that everything has been executed;
• Participate in the preparation of inventories and stock analysis;
• Foster good communication with the other departments;
• Support the preparation of minibar reports.
• In the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, prepare the necessary lists for the floor service (Arrival list with information by room number; List of resident guests by room number; Departure list by numerical order of rooms; No-show report (to remove VIPs, extra beds, cribs...); VIP list;
• Enter all technical faults into the system for maintenance, in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper;
• Receive service sheets and keys from the room attendants, in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper;
• Support the recruitment and selection of employees for the area, as well as their training and development;
• Perform other tasks that may eventually be entrusted to you.
