The role
Responsible for ensuring the preparation and service of simple drinks or cocktails, guaranteeing maximum service quality and customer welcoming.
What you'll do
• Attend to the customer, presenting the menu, taking orders, and providing information and suggestions;
• Ensure the quality and decoration of the drinks served;
• Know the bar menu well;
• Listen to the customer and respond to their search for cocktails and drinks;
• Prepare drinks, appetizers, and small meals;
• Know and recommend the hotel's services;
• Control receipts and the cash register;
• Ensure the good presentation of the lounge and bar areas.
