Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist

• Higher education in Informatics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related fields;
• Proven experience of at least 1 year in development projects for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and/or Power Apps;
• Knowledge of relevant modules, such as: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.;
• Advanced experience in the configuration and customization of Dynamics CRM, including the configuration of workflows, business rules, and custom entities (no.NET, C#, JavaScript required);
• Mandatory knowledge of technical English in both spoken and written domains;
• Problem solving, analytical capacity and critical thinking;
• Good understanding of sales and customer service processes;
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and team spirit;
• Organization, planning and orientation towards project quality;
• Availability for a hybrid working model.
  
  

• We value experience in the Banking and/or Insurance sector;
• Experience in integration projects with other systems;
• Knowledge of Azure and Dataverse;
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamental, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate, and Power Platform certifications;
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

• Customizing and developing solutions in Dynamics 365 (entities, workflows, plug-ins, etc.);
• Participation in Dynamics 365 integration projects with other systems (ERP, customer portals, insurance systems, etc.)
• Configure, administer, and optimize Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules;
• Transform business and functional requirements into solutions on the platform;
• Customize entities, workflows, dashboards, and reports;
• Ensure integrations with other organizational systems;
• Provide support and resolve incidents related to Dynamics 365;
• Technical problem solving and performing optimizations;
• Integrate and actively participate in technology consulting projects, with the possibility of operational coordination and supervision of teams;
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (analysts, data scientists, architects) on projects with reference clients at national and international levels;
• Management of daily relationships with technical and functional stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of solutions with business requirements;
• Autonomous planning and execution of assigned tasks, including development, documentation, testing, and optimization of data processes.
