Desktop Management Technician

• Experience in the tasks indicated above

• Knowledge of Windows 11, Edge/Chrome Browser settings, and Office applications

• Knowledge of Office 365 from a management and computer park configuration perspective

• Experience in the administration of OUs/GPOs for users and computers

• Experience using Microsoft Intune

• Any of the following are valued as a complement:

  • Knowledge of MacOS Operating System

  • Familiarity with configurations on Android and MAC mobile devices

  • Networking knowledge

  • Security knowledge, from the perspective of PC, Windows, and Browser configurations

We are looking for a professional to join the Engineering and Project team, focusing on the management of Microsoft virtualized work environments. You will be responsible for the administration of Windows workstations, application virtualization, and computing resource management, ensuring the efficiency and availability of the platforms. We value experience in Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 Cloud PC, and knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365. We are looking for a person with strong analytical capacity, a spirit of initiative, ease of communication, and an orientation toward problem-solving.

• Centralized management of Windows configurations, policies, and profiles

• Monitoring new technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in Workstation configurations and functionalities

• Preparation of remote software installation tasks across the computer park

• Micro-software certification for the PC park

• 3rd line support for complex Windows configuration problems in the computer park, coordinating with suppliers/partners if necessary
