CRM Dynamics Analyst Developer

• Proven technical and functional mastery in CRM Dynamics, preferably on-premises.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).

• Ability for clear and effective communication with technical and functional teams.
• Experience in regulated environments and with complex business rules.
• Proactivity in problem-solving and in adapting to new challenges.

• Develop solutions in CRM Dynamics on-premises, designing functionalities that respect business requirements, regulatory rules, and the organization's functional architecture.
• Support the business, clarifying application rules and ensuring that technology responds to real needs.
• Implement business workflows in Dynamics 365, focusing on out-of-the-box functionalities.
• Customize components: alter or create custom elements, including data models, entities, forms, and views.
