Project Manager

• Lead and coordinate projects from the planning phase to delivery;
• Define objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and governance models;
• Manage communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams;
• Identify risks, blockers, and challenges, ensuring effective mitigation plans;
• Ensure alignment between business needs and operational execution;
• Support teams in prioritization, planning, and activity monitoring;
• Monitor project performance through structured reporting and indicators (KPIs);
• Promote continuous improvement, lessons learned, and process optimization;
• Ensure organization and structure in dynamic and constantly changing environments.

Position: Project Manager

• Proven experience in Project Manager or similar roles;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (business and technology);
• Strong capacity for planning, organization, and problem-solving;
• Proactivity in risk identification and ensuring delivery;
• High sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
