What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a similar area;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, supervision, or coordination of specialties;
Ability to read and interpret architectural and specialty projects;
Knowledge of BIM, CAD, and Microsoft Office;
Strong capacity for organization, coordination, and stakeholder management;
Communication, autonomy, and proactivity skills.

The role

We are looking for a LICENSING MANAGER for our DLP Licensing and Projects team (Licensing and Projects Directorate) and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

What you'll do

Coordinate the development of specialty projects for licensing, at a national level (Structures, HVAC, Electricity, Fire Safety, ITED, Hydraulics, Thermal, and Acoustics);
Manage and monitor teams of designers and site supervisors;
Ensure compliance with MC technical standards and applicable regulations;
Ensure compatibility between the various project specialties;
Articulate with the Architecture, Construction, and Operations teams to ensure the obtaining of the necessary licenses from the competent entities;
Manage the relationship with public and regulatory entities within the scope of licensing processes;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technical solutions.
