Production Administrative Technician (m/f)

Somafel is a company of the Teixeira Duarte Group, a specialist in the construction of railways and catenary, which also dedicates itself to the maintenance and renovation of existing lines as well as their electrification. It operates strongly in special engineering projects, namely running tracks for cranes and concrete track. We are looking for a Production Administrative Technician (m/f) to join the Somafel team.

• Carrying out administrative tasks, in accordance with internal norms and procedures, in order to support the daily operationalization of construction management processes;
• Organization and filing of relevant documentation (contracts, invoices, measurement reports, licenses, etc.);
• Registration and control of worker attendance;
• Management of contracts, admissions, and terminations in coordination with the HR department;
• Control of the entry and exit of materials and equipment;
• Ordering and stock management of office materials and construction consumables.

• With or without experience in construction site monitoring - we value attitude and the willingness to learn;
• Computer skills from a user perspective;
• Availability to carry out professional activities at any point in the country.
