Your Mission: To ensure the performance of corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in the Electricity and Mechanics area of the Filling Lines and Utilities equipment in accordance with maintenance plans, priorities, and area performance objectives, as well as Quality, Environment, and Safety regulations, in order to ensure the service level and efficiency indices required by the areas.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely repair breakdowns occurring in the equipment of the assigned area
• Safely perform inspections and execute maintenance plans or general overhauls on the equipment of the assigned area;
• Prepare, together with the Work Preparers, the resolution of tags, preventive interventions, as well as all maintenance activities for the equipment of the assigned area;
• Install, maintain, and repair control and command systems for machines/productive processes; electrical drives in equipment and productive processes. Install, repair, and maintain Low Voltage electrical installations in productive and non-productive equipment and processes.
• Calibrate industrial instrumentation and regulation equipment and program drive command systems (e.g., speed drives);
• Supervise, monitor, and/or collaborate on work carried out by external entities (e.g., Assembly / alteration / tuning of equipment);
• Collaborate in the implementation of the TPM methodology (5S, Improvement Teams)

Location: Luso, Vacariça

• At least 4 years of experience in Industrial maintenance
• Knowledge and experience in Mechanical Maintenance (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Electricity
• Knowledge and experience in Welding
• Knowledge and experience in the Food Industry
• Ease of communication and teamwork
