What is it like to be a Painting Line Supervisor?
What you'll do
- Ensure the production area objectives are within budget
- Ensure the production plan is within the delivery deadline and quality standards
- Ensure the management of the painting production team
- Collection and analysis of indicators
- Management of daily meetings – kaizen
- Participate in HR selection and training
- Compliance with GSC internal standards
- Implementation of continuous improvement, aiming at cost optimization and operational improvement of processes
- You demonstrate proactivity and rigor
- You are resilient and work well in a team
