• key responsibilities

  
  
  • Support throughout the entire Recruitment & Selection process (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding);
  
  
  • Payroll processing, attendance and absence control, vacation management, admissions, and contract terminations;
  
  
  • Coordination and monitoring of Occupational Medicine processes;
  
  
  • Identification of training needs and organization of training sessions;
  
  
  • Updating and monitoring of HR area KPIs;
  
  
  • Planning and organization of internal events.
