  • Define and implement the global Professional Training and Skills Development strategy, aligning team capabilities with future objectives and the business vision;
  
  
  • Structure the internal Training Academy, defining its operating model, learning pillars, and value proposition;
  
  
  • Design internal training paths and competency matrices (upskilling and reskilling) for the different areas and functions of the organization;
  
  
  • Create and structure differentiating training contents and programs, leveraging innovative and digital learning methodologies;
  
  
  • Define success indicators to measure the impact of training on the business.
