The role

Our client is an international benchmark brand in the fashion sector, recognized for its innovation, passion for denim, and for creating an emotional and genuine connection with its customers. As part of its growth, it is looking for a Store Manager with strong leadership and a results orientation to join its team.

What you'll do

key responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will be the driving force of the point of sale, with the following main responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Coordinate and supervise all daily operational activities of the store;
- Inspiring Leadership: Lead by example, being the reflection of the brand's values and culture to your team;
- Team Development: Engage, train, and encourage the team for excellence in service, drawing up development plans, targets, and work objectives;
- Loyalty and Service: Strive for excellence and personalized service, ensuring Customer retention and loyalty;
- Store Routines: Delegate and ensure the tasks inherent to the opening and closing of the commercial space.
